Telelogic Terms and Conditions of Registrations for Public Courses held in Netherlands
- Cancellation
Telelogic reserves the right to cancel any course if necessary as a result of circumstances beyond its control or if an insufficient number of bookings has been recieved. Telelogic will provide at least 5 working days notice for course cancellations.
Telelogic requires 14 days notice prior to the start of the course for course cancellations and postponements. Telelogic reserves the right to charge 50% of the value of the training for cancellations or postponements recieved less than 14 days before the start of the course. Telelogic reserves the right to charge 100% of the value of the training for cancellations or postponements received less than 3 days before the start of the course.
- Non-acceptance of bookings
Telelogic reserves the right to refuse a booking if the course requested is fully booked.
- Terms of payment
All courses require prepayment.
