Telelogic Terms and Conditions of Registrations for Public Courses held in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland
- Cancellation
Telelogic reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course if necessary as a result of circumstances beyond its control or if an insufficient number of bookings has been received. Telelogic will provide at least 5 working days notice for course cancellations.
Telelogic requires 10 working days notice prior to the start of the course for course cancellations or postponements. Telelogic reserves the right to charge 50% of the value of the training for cancellations or postponements received less than 10 working days before the start of the course. For cancellations or postponements received less than 5 working days before course start, Telelogic reserves the right to charge the full course fee.
- Non-acceptance of bookings
Telelogic reserves the right to refuse a booking if the course requested is fully booked.
- Terms of payment
Invoices will be issued after course completion.
