Telelogic Terms and Conditions of Registrations for Public Courses held in Singapore
- Cancellation
Telelogic reserves the right to cancel any course if necessary as a result of circumstances beyond its control or if an insufficient number of bookings has been received. Telelogic will provide at least 5 working days notice for course cancellations.
Telelogic requires 5 working days notice prior to the start of the course for course cancellations or postponements. Telelogic reserves the right to charge 50% of the value of the training for cancellations or postponements received less than 5 working days before the start of the course.
- Non-acceptance of booking
Telelogic reserves the right to refuse a booking if the course requested is fully booked.
- Terms of payment
All courses require prepayment and payment must be received 5 days before the first day of the class.
