Telelogic Terms and Conditions of Registrations for Public Courses held in United Kingdom
- Cancellation
Telelogic reserves the right to cancel any course if necessary as a result of circumstances beyond its control or if an insufficient number of bookings has been recieved. Telelogic will provide at least 10 working days notice for course cancellations and customers will be offered a place on a later course.
Telelogic requires 10 working days notice of cancellations. Telelogic reserves the right to charge 50% of the value of the training for cancellations recieved 5-10 working days before the start of the course and to charge 100% of the value of the training for cancellations recieved less than 5 working days before the start of the course. Telelogic reserves the right to charge 100% of the value of the training if the delegate fails to attend or withdraws after the start of the course.
- Transfers and substitutions
Delegates may transfer to another course with no charge if the transfer is requested more than 10 working days before the start of the course. Telelogic reserves the right to charge 50% of the value of the training for transfers requested 5-10 working days before the start of the course and to charge 100% of the value of the training for transfers requested less than 5 working days before the start of the training. No chrages will be made for transfers made less than 10 working days before the start of the course if another delegate is nominated as a replacement.
- Non-acceptance of bookings
Telelogic reserves the right to refuse a booking if the course requested is fully booked.
- Terms of payment
All courses require prepayment.
