Richard "Dick" Burk is chief architect and manager of the Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA) Program within the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). His expertise is in program development for federal IT investments to improve government services. A former Peace Corps volunteer, Mr. Burk has a M.A. in Public Administration from Ohio State University.
