- How do I register for the User Group Conference?
There are 4 easy ways to register for this year's conference:
- How do I book accommodation?
Simply complete the Check-in Information via the online registration system: www.regonline.co.uk/133825, alternatively please call the UGC Hotline + 44 (0) 1865 719820 or email: marika.reynolds@telelogic.com
- Why am I unable to book directly with the conference hotel?
The accommodation list is managed directly by Telelogic as this entitles delegates to the preferential rate of £110 + VAT per person, per night. (single occupancy) All rooms are subject to availability.
- Is VAT included in the conference price?
No, conference costs are ex-VAT.
- Will I receive a VAT receipt upon Telelogic receiving my monies?
Yes, as soon as Telelogic have received your payment for the conference a VAT receipt will be issued as soon as possible.
- Can I book accommodation at a different hotel to the venue hotel?
Yes, please call +44 (0)1865 719820 or email marika.reynolds@telelogic.com for a list of alternative hotels in the local area.
- I would like to extend my stay at the Celtic Manor Hotel, Do the room rates change and how do I ensure this is booked?
Yes the room rates for Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th November are £134.46 + VAT Twin or Double and £112.34 + VAT Single per room per night and Wednesday the 21st November is £153 + VAT. All rates include breakfast. Please contact Marika.reynolds@telelogic.com to ensure this is booked.
- Can my family join me at the hotel?
Yes but there is a charge for double occupancy, please be aware that only conference delegates are permitted to take part in conference sessions and the gala dinner.
- If I am unable to attend, can I send a replacement?
Yes, simply get your replacement to register using one of the methods mentioned above and inform us that you won't be attending. Please contact Marika Reynolds on + 44 (0) 01865 719820 or marika.reynolds@telelogic.com
- Will we receive electronic copies of the presentations at the conference?
Following the conference a CD will be available upon request containing all end-user presentations.
- What method of payment can I use for the conference and accommodation?
Conference fees are payable prior to the conference, by either Credit/Debit card, Purchase Order or Cheque. Accommodation is payable on departure directly with the hotel.
- Which airport should I fly into?
Bristol Airport and Cardiff Airport are the closest airports for national flights otherwise Heathrow International for international flights. Heathrow is located 90 minutes from the conference venue.
- Are transfers being arranged between airports and the conference venue?
Yes, please view the Venue Information page for airport shuttle times.
- How close is the local train station to the Venue?
Newport Train station is located approximately 10 minutes from the venue by taxi.

- If I need to cancel my attendance, will I be charged?
Prior to the 31st October there will be a £50 administration charge to cancel. After the 31st October we regret we cannot refund any conference fees.
- If I need to cancel my accommodation, will I be charged?
Cancellations for hotel rooms received after 12th November will be subject to a full cancellation charge of £110 + VAT per night.
