Accommodation at the Sofitel London Heathrow
Telelogic has reserved a number of rooms at the Sofitel to ensure we can offer you a preferential rate as attendees of the User Group Conference.
To book accommodation: If you have registered as an early bird you will be contacted in September to confirm your registration, arrange payment and book your accommodation.
If you have not registered as an early bird our registration system goes live on the 1st of September through which you can complete your conference registration and book accommodation.
The accommodation list is managed directly by Telelogic as this entitles delegates to the preferential rate of £140 + VAT per person, per night. Room Rates are as follows:
Sunday 2 November: £129 + VAT
Monday 3 November: £140 + VAT
Tuesday 4 November: £180 + VAT
Accommodation is payable on departure.
