How do I book accommodation?
Simply complete the Check-in Information via the online registration system: www.regonline.com/641540, alternatively please call + 44 (0) 1865 719820 or email: kara.staegemann@uk.ibm.com
Why am I unable to book directly with the conference hotel?
The accommodation list is managed directly by Telelogic as this entitles delegates to the preferential rate of £140 + VAT per person, per night. The accommodation is £129 + VAT on Sunday 2nd November.
Is VAT included in the conference price?
No. Conference costs are ex-VAT.
Can I book accommodation at a different hotel to the venue hotel?
Yes, please call + 44 (0) 1865 719 820 or email kara.staegemann@uk.ibm.com for a list of alternative hotels in the local area.
Can my family join me at the hotel?
Yes. Please be aware that only conference delegates are permitted to take part in conference sessions and the gala dinner.
If I am unable to attend, can I send a replacement?

What is the cancellation deadline for Conference attendance?
All cancellations and substitutions must be made by email to kara.staegemann@uk.ibm.com. We regret that cancellations received after the 1st October cannot be refundeds.
What is the cancellation deadline for accommodation?
If any cancellations are made after the 1st October then you will be subject to a full cancellation charge of £140 VAT per room.
Why is the conference shorter this year? Do we get the same value?
We have shortened the conference this year to try and help the attendance approval process from management for customers — meaning that a larger number of customers are able to attend with justification. The conference has the same amount of content but in a shorter amount of time.
Will IBM be monopolising the agenda?
No. This is a Telelogic event and will remain a Telelogic event. IBM will however feature in the agenda and will be exhibiting.
Will we receive electronic copies of the presentations at the conference?
Following the conference an electronic copy of the presentations will be available upon request.
What method of payment can I use for the conference and accommodation?
Conference fees are payable prior to the conference, by either Credit/Debit card, Purchase Order. Accommodation is payable on departure directly with the hotel
Which airport should I fly into?
Heathrow International is the closest airport for national and international flights. The venue is at Terminal 5, if you are not flying into Terminal 5, please refer to the Venue and Travel page for transfers between the terminals.
Are transfers being arranged between airports and the conference venue?
No. Telelogic will not be arranging transfers between airports. All travel information between Heathrow terminals can be found on the Venue and Travel page.
How close is the local train station to the Venue?
Heathrow has two stations on London Underground's Piccadilly Line, one station for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 and one for Terminal 4. The average journey time to central London is about 50 - 60 minutes. Tubes run every five minutes at peak times and every nine minutes at off-peak times and weekends.

Heathrow Express – The fastest option. Heathrow Express trains run to and from London Paddington every 15 minutes, and the journey takes 15 minutes.
Heathrow Connect – The stopping service to London Paddington runs every 30 minutes, and the journey takes 26 minutes.
London Underground – Piccadilly Line trains offer the most cost-effective journey to central London, taking less than an hour.
Railair coaches – Not travelling into London? Buses and luxury coaches connect Heathrow with the national rail network at Feltham, Watford, Woking and Reading.

Take the direct spur road to Heathrow Terminal 5 and the hotel from junction 14 on the M25 motorway. Alternatively take junction 4A from the M4 signposted to Heathrow Airport.
