Parking at the Sofitel London Heathrow
Please collect a ticket as you enter the car park. When you are ready to leave the hotel please ask for a car park ticket at the Telelogic Registration Desk. The ticket the Telelogic staff provide you with is the ticket you must use to exit the car park otherwise you will be charged for parking.
The Sofitel is ideally located within reach of all London and Heathrow’s public transport facilities.

Travelling by Air
The Sofitel is adjoined to London Heathrow Terminal 5 and is a short walk through the terminal into the Hotel. It's also easily accessible by all other Heathrow terminals. Telelogic will not be offering airport transfers.
Travelling by Car
Take the direct spur road to Heathrow Terminal 5 and the hotel from junction 14 on the M25 motorway. Alternatively take junction 4A from the M4 signposted to Heathrow Airport.
Travelling by Road
From North – M1-M25 then exit at Junction 14a signposted to Heathrow Terminal 5 and then follow signs for Sofitel London Heathrow;
From South – M3-M23-M25 then exit at Junction 14a to Heathrow Terminal 5 and then follow signs for Sofitel London Heathrow;
From East – exit at Junction 4a from the M4 signposted to Heathrow Airport, and then follow signs to Terminal 5 and then follow signs for Sofitel London Heathrow;
From West – M4-M25 then exit at Junction 14a to Heathrow Terminal 5 and then follow signs for Sofitel London Heathrow.
Travelling by Railway
Take the Heathrow Express Rail to Heathrow Terminal 5. Then follow signs on Arrivals level for the Sofitel London Heathrow directing you to the lifts and footbridge taking you directly to the hotel.
Travelling by Underground
Take the Piccadilly Line to Heathrow Terminal 5. Then follow signs on Arrivals level for the Sofitel London Heathrow directing you to the lifts and footbridge taking you directly to the hotel.
Getting around Heathrow - Fast, convenient transfers are available between Heathrow Airport's five terminals.
Terminals 1, 2 and 3 are a short walk from each other, while Terminals 4 and 5 are linked by free trains and buses.
Routes Between Terminals
Terminals 1, 2, 3 to Terminal 5 – Use Heathrow Express trains for a free transfer between Heathrow Central and Terminal 5. This quick, convenient service runs every 15 minutes and the journey takes about three minutes.
Heathrow Central is between Terminals 1, 2 and 3. The terminals are a few minutes' walk away via underground walkways, and are signposted from the platforms. The Terminal 5 rail station is in the basement of the terminal and linked to check-in and arrivals by express lifts.
Alternatively, the 441 and 724 buses provide a free transfer between the terminals, taking 10 and 20 minutes. The N9 night bus, which runs between 23:55 and 04:55 (times vary at weekends), also takes ten minutes.
Services stop at the Terminal 5 bus station (next to the terminal) and the Heathrow central bus station (between Terminals 1, 2 and 3).
Terminal 4 to Terminal 5 – Free bus transfers are available between the terminals, taking 12 to 15 minutes. Services 482, 490 and 724 stop outside Terminal 4 and at the Terminal 5 bus station (next to the terminal building).
Alternatively, free rail transfers are available using Heathrow Express and Heathrow Connect (change trains at Heathrow Central). Journey time is about 13 minutes and trains run every 15 minutes.
