Telelogic acquires Finnish consultant companyDevisor - strengthened delivery capacity to Finnish telecom industry
MALMÖ, Sweden, June 19, 2000 - Telelogic™ AB (Stockholm Stock Exchange:TLOG), the leading supplier of design, development and testing tools for real-time communications applications, today announced the acquisition of the Finnish consultant company, Devisor, with 11 employees. As a part of Telelogic's professional services strategy, Devisor strengthens delivery capacity to key customers like Nokia. "Devisor has great experience in software development for telecom and they are also using one of our core technologies, SDL", says Anders Lidbeck, President and CEO for Telelogic. "We are now increasing our delivery capacity in Finland with 100% where Nokia is the dominant customer.
