Corporate Governance
Corporate Governance (supported by the COSO Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) – Integrated Framework) seeks to evaluate all risks across all dimensions of an enterprise. COSO ERM is a method of Corporate Governance where a company identifies, manages and monitors threats (risks) that may prevent management from achieving their objectives. It is concerned with the effective management of the entire organization including IT, Finance, and Human Resources.
Achieving the gains made possible through the adoption of an Enterprise Risk Management program requires tools that provide an efficient and effective information management system.
- Telelogic® System Architect® provides capabilities for defining and modeling the relationships between systems, people, processes, and data in an organization enabling you to visualize how all the different components interact and to establish a roadmap for the ERM program.
- Telelogic® DOORS® delivers powerful capabilities for capturing, linking, viewing, analyzing, and managing changes to objectives, risks and controls and their traceability throughout the program lifecycle. Telelogic DOORS provides easy access to the information in a variety of customizable formats through views allowing you to choose the level of detail that is reported. Telelogic DOORS also includes audit history, change control, versioning, and baselines so the ERM team can easily collaborate on updates as well as quickly ascertain differences in the data over time.
