Telelogic cancellation policy

The following cancellation charges will apply for both students attending public courses and customer site courses.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The following cancellation charges will apply:

Number of full Working Days between receipt by Telelogic of notice of cancellation and the commencement of the Consultancy /Course Training:Percentage of Course Fees or Consultancy Rate to be invoiced:

PLEASE NOTE: Working Days means everyday of the week except Saturday, Sunday and Statutory Holidays

Once a course has commenced, if a delegate fails to attend or withdraws, the full amount of the course will be payable.

TRANSFERRING COURSES: Prior to the commencement of the cancellation period, Clients can request to transfer the course dates without incurring cancellation penalties. However, once within the cancellation period the Client will incur cancellation charges (as listed above) unless another delegate is nominated for the original course(s).

Delegates attending courses must meet the pre-requisites for the courses as outlined in Telelogic's Standard Terms and Conditions.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. A completed Booking Confirmation Form is required to secure the booking. Telelogic reserves the right to cancel a booking if a signed Confirmation form is not received.
  2. A purchase order or written confirmation agreeing payment terms is required prior to the delivery of consultancy and training.
  3. Purchase Orders received will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  4. Travel and expenses for on-site consulting or training will be recharged to the client. Mileage will be charged at the standard Inland Revenue rate of 45 pence per mile.
  5. For all on-site consulting and training where travel time exceeds 4 hours in one working day, travel time will be charged at standard rate.
  6. Appropriate tax will be included where applicable.
  7. CANCELLATION PENALTIES: Please refer to above.

 

IF WE CANCEL YOUR COURSE:

Occasionally it may be necessary for Telelogic to cancel your course (e.g. if registrations do not reach a required level). In this event, we will give you at least 5 working days notice of the cancellation, and will offer an alternative date. If the alternatives given are not convenient, the delegate may cancel their place at no charge.
